2016年我国煤炭企业科学产能评测分析

Analysis on scientific capacity evaluation of China coal enterprises in 2016

在科学产能基础理论、评价指标和方法参数研究的基础上,通过对2016年我国406家煤矿的科学产能指标数据进行调研采集和整理计算,进一步测试了科学产能量化评价方法的科学性和有效性,系统展示分析当前我国煤炭企业的科学产能状况,研究评测结果对于当前产能过剩条件下的煤炭行业去产能具有重要意义。

Based on the early conducted study on the scientific capacity basic theory,evaluation index and method parameters,with the investigation collection and preparation calculation conducted on the scientific capacity index data from 406 coal mines in China in 2016,the scientificity and efficiency of the science capacity quantitative evaluation method were further tested. The paper systematically showed and analyzed the scientific capacity status of China coal enterprises and the study and evaluation results would have important significances to the de-capacity of the coal industry under the present condition of the overcapacity.
