煤炭企业集团金融产业发展研究——以山东能源集团为例

Study on financial industry development of coal enterprise group——with Shandong Energy Group as case

金融是现代经济的核心,金融业在优化资源配置、促进经济发展和经济结构调整中发挥着举足轻重的作用。构建符合企业集团特点的现代金融板块体系是企业集团抓住机遇、发挥优势、加速产业转型的重要手段。以山东能源集团为例,在企业金融产业发展现状的基础上,分析了企业金融产业面对的新形势和机遇,对煤炭企业金融产业的发展作进一步研究。

Finance would be a key of the modern economy and a financial industry would play a decisive role in the optimized resources allocation,promoted economic development and economic structure adjustment. A modern financial sector system established to meet the features of the enterprise group would be the important means of the enterprise group to seize the opportunity,to play the advantages and to speed up the industrial transformation. With Shandong Energy Group as a case,based on the financial industry development status of the enterprises,the paper analyzed the new situation and opportunity faced to the financial industry of the enterprises and had a primary study on the development of the enterprise＇financial sector.
