摘要
依据设计绩效考评系统的基本原则,通过回顾文献和综合分析,提出煤化工企业绩效考核层级及指标,构建煤化工企业绩效考评体系及层次结构模型,并使用该层次结构模型对实际运营的企业开展综合绩效评价,得出评价结果。
According to the basic principle of the design performance appraisal system,with the review on the documents and comprehensive analysis,the performance appraisal level and index of the coal chemical enterprises were provided. The performance appraisal system and the hierarchical structure model of the coal chemical enterprises were established. The hierarchical structure model was applied to the comprehensive evaluation on the actual operating enterprises and the evaluation results were obtained.
