摘要
选取84例需要置入胃管患者,随机分成对照组和实验组(每组42例),对照组患者置入胃管时使用石蜡油润滑胃管与消化道,实验组使用达克罗宁胶浆润滑胃管,麻醉会厌部黏膜。将胃管插管时的不适分为轻、中、重度,一次插胃管成功率,患者满意度进行比较。实验组在一次插管成功率、插管不适感、患者满意度上均优于对照组。
84Cases of patients need to be put into the gastric tube were selected,then they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group（42cases each）.When patient need to be put in to gatric tube,the gastric tube and digestive tract was lubricated using paraffin oil in the control group,while using the Dyclonine mortar in the experimental group.The intubation discomfort caused by intubation was divided into light,medium a severe,intubation success rate and patient satisfaction.The experimental group were compared with control group in the success rate of one time intubation,intubation discomfort,patient satisfaction,experimental group was better than the control group.
