摘要
苯乙酸是一种重要的有机化工原料,具有羧基、亚甲基氢和苯环的典型反应,能够生成许多有用的中间体,在医药、农药、香料等行业都有广泛的应用。对苯乙酸合成工艺中涉及到的液碱浓度、中和温度、脱色温度、酸化终点的pH值4种因素做了优化对比分析,验证其对苯乙酸产品液相品质的影响。
Phenylacetic acid is a kind of important organic chemical raw materials,with carboxyl and methylene typical reaction of hydrogen and benzene ring,it can be used in synthesis of many useful intermediates for pharmaceuticals,pesticides,fragrances and other industries.The influence of liquid alkali concentration,neutralization temperature,bleaching temperature,the pH value at the end of acidification on the liquid quality of phenylacetic acid products was studied,and optimum prosess conditions were obtained.
