摘要
羰基化反应是向有机物中引入羰基的有效方法,被广泛用于制备醛、酮、酰胺和酯类化合物。自Heck等首次报道Pd催化的芳基卤代物的羰基化反应以来,羰基化反应不仅成为选择性好、条件温和、原子利用率高的重要合成手段,也为现代合成化学提供了众多新反应。本文主要综述了羰基化反应的概况,重点介绍了氧化羰基化反应的发展现状,指出了该领域的研究方向。
Carbonylation is an efficient way to introduce carbonyl groups into organic compounds.It is widely used in preparation of aldehydes,ketones,amides and esters.Since Heck first reported the palladium-catalyzed carbonylation of aryl chlorides,carbonylation has been not only the sources of new reactions in modern synthesis chemistry,but also one of the most important methods to obtain a high selectivity,high atom economy and warm reaction conditions in organic synthesis.This essay gives a brief review of carbonylation,especially oxidative carbonylation.Future perspectives are mentioned in the end.
