咪唑与喹啉类防老剂对EVM/NBR共混胶老化性能的影响

摘要 研究了咪唑类防老剂MB与喹啉类防老剂RD的不同并用比对NBR/EVM共混胶老化前后的两相交联密度、物理机械性能、压缩永久变形、压缩蠕变和Mullins效应等性能的影响。结果表明,不同MB/RD并用比对共混胶老化前的总交联密度、NBR/EVM两相交联密度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、硬度和Mullins效应都影响不大;经过100℃、216 h的热空气老化后,其共混胶的上述几种性能,3#(MB/RD=1.2:0.8)产生了很好的协同效应,其性能变化的最小,防老效果最好。同时要得到较好的压缩性能(压缩永久形变、压缩蠕变等),可以在相同的条件下适当的提高硫化剂的量,提高交联密度。 This paper studies the effects of different blending ratio of the imidazole antioxidant MB and the quinoline antioxidant RD on two-phase crosslink density, physical and mechanical properties, compressive permanent deformation, compressive creep, and Mullins effect of NBR/EVM blends before and after aging. The results show that the total crosslinking density, two-phase crosslink density, tensile strength, 100% elongation stress, hardness and Mullins effect of NBR/EVM are not affected by the blending ratio of MB/RD before aging; after the hot air aging with 100~C and 216 h, the above-mentioned properties of the blends, 3# (MB/RD=1.2:0.8) has good synergistic effect, the performance change is minimum, and anti-aging effect is the best. At the same time, to obtain better compression properties (compression; permanent deformation, compression creep, etc.),the amount of vulcanizing agent should be increased under the same conditions, and the crosslinking density should be improved.
