EPDM/MVQ共混胶老化性能及共混两相交联密度变化的研究

摘要 研究了EPDM/MVQ共混胶老化过程中性能变化及共混两相交联密度的变化。实验表明,随着DCP用量的增加,共混胶硬度、拉伸强度、定伸应力均上升,扯断伸长率下降;老化后,硬度上升,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率下降;硬度变化率、拉伸强度变化率、扯断伸长率变化率均先下降后上升。老化过程中,共混胶拉伸强度先下降后上升,定伸不断变大,扯断伸长率先迅速下降,后缓慢降低。老化过程中,共混胶中EPDM相交联密度不断变大,MVQ相交联密度基本不变,共混胶交联密度变大。 In this paper,the properties of EPDM/MVQ blends during aging and crosslinking density were studied.Experiments show that with the increase of DCP content,the hardness of blends,tensile strength,tensile stress increased,the elongation decreased;after aging,hardness increased,tensile strength and elongation at break decreased;the hardness change rate,tensile strength,change rate of elongation rate decreased first and then increased.In the process of aging,the tensile strength of the blends decreased first and then increased,elongation increased,elongation at break decreased rapidly and then slowly decreased.In the process of aging,the density of EPDM increases with the increase of MVQ and the blended rubber.
