Design of 215/70R16 100H passenger car radial tire

介绍215/70R16 100H HT高性能轿车子午线轮胎的设计。分别从结构设计、施工设计和成品性能测试等三大方面进行阐述。结构设计从外直径、断面宽、行驶面宽度和高度、胎圈着合直径和着合宽度、断面水平轴位置、胎面花纹等设计进行阐述。施工设计从胎面、带束层和冠带、胎体帘布、钢丝圈、成型工艺和硫化工艺等设计进行阐述。成品性能测试主要从充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久/低气压/高速联合性能、高速性能等五个测试的结果进行分析和阐述。

The design of 215/70R16 100H HT ultra high per formance passenger car radial tire was described.We elaborate respectively from 3 aspects of the structural design,construction design and finished tire test in this paper.The structural design is described from the outer diameter,section width,running surface width and height,bead diameter and joint width,the horizontal axis position and the tread pattern.Construction design is described from the tread,belt and cap ply,carcass ply,bead ring,building process and curing process.The finished products are analyzed mainly from the results of 5 tests,such as inflated outer edge size,strength performance,off-ring resistance,durability/low pressure/high speed joint performance and high speed performance.
