右美托咪定对七氟醚诱导气管插管时血压和心率及镇静深度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察右美托咪定对七氟醚诱导气管插管时血压和心率及镇静深度的影响。方法:将择期行全麻耳鼻喉手术患者36例随机分为对照(F2)组、高剂量芬太尼(F4)组和右美托咪定(DF2)组,分别于注射右美托咪定前(T0)、开始吸入七氟醚(T1)、吸入七氟醚麻醉诱导后2 min(T2)、气管插管前即刻(T3)、气管插管后即刻(T4)时测量患者的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脑电双频指数(BIS)和血糖变化。结果:3组的SBP、DBP在T2、T3时点差异有统计学意义(F=112.624、164.178,P<0.05)。DF2组HR、血糖在T1、T4时点显著高于F2与F4组(F=89.478,P<0.05)。T4时点F2组和F4组的BIS值较插管前升高(t=6.479、2.554,P<0.05),且高于DF2组(t=6.385、2.168,P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定可维持七氟醚诱导后气管插管时的血压和心率平稳,抑制气管插管引起的心血管反应及调节镇静深度。
