摘要
《威尼斯商人》这部戏剧虽然已问世四百余年,但是迄今为止,评判声仍经久不息。尤其近年来莎翁笔下这位饱受争议的悲剧性角色——夏洛克,却被人们赋予了同情的外衣,大有渐渐转为主角之势。事实上犹太人被"种族边缘化"、"宗教边缘化"、"社会边缘化"是夏洛克的悲剧性人生的重要原因,从这一视角解读夏洛克,以期加深对该剧的认识。
The play, The Merchant of Venice, which has appeared more than 400 years, has been remarked continually so far. Especially in the recent years, Shylock, the controversial and tragic character by Shakespeare,has been sympathized all the time with a tendency to become the leading role gradually. In view of this, this paper will analyze the tragic life of Shylock from the perspective of Marginality in order to deepen the understanding of the play.
