中医院校学生职业道德认知现况的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查中医院校学生对职业道德的认知情况,为中医院校职业道德教育提供依据。方法采用莱斯特限定问题测试2(the Defining Issues Test,DIT-2)译成的中文版问卷,对天津某中医药大学共177名学生进行调查,并根据DIT-2的评分标准,分析其职业道德认知水平。结果临床和护理专业的学生保持规范模式得分比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。临床专业学生在4阶段道德水平低于护理专业学生(P<0.05),临床专业学生在5、6阶段道德水平高于护理专业学生(P<0.05)。2个专业的学生处于道德过渡阶段为143名(80.80%)。结论中医院校学生道德水平普遍较高,但多数处于道德认知过渡阶段。医学院校应加强对学生的职业道德教育,以培养和巩固学生良好的职业道德素养。 Objective To investigate the cognitive situation of professional ethics of students in traditional Chinese medicine schools. Methods Totally 177 students from a university of traditional Chinese medicine in Tian Jin were investigated by using the Defining Issues Test 2 (DIT-2)questionnaire which had been translated into Chinese. Data were analyzed to indicate their level of professional ethics cognition. Results There were significant differences between the medical students and nursing students regarding the scores of keeping standard regular model. The scores of medical students related to 4th stage of moral level were lower than those of nursing students (P〈0.05),while their scores regarding the fifth and sixth stage of moral level were higher than those of nursing students(P〈0.05). A total of 143 students(80.80%) from both majors were in the moral transitional stage. Conclusion Students in traditional Chinese medicine generally have high moral standards while majority are in the moral transitional stage Medical schools should strengthen students' professional ethics education to train and consoli- date their good professionalism.
