摘要
目的调查医学生人文素养并分析他评和自评的差异。方法 2016年6月,选取参加某医院组织的客观结构化临床考试的118名医学生,以医学生人文素养考核量表为评价工具,根据学生考试中的表现,考官进行他评,学生进行自我评定,比较他评和自评的得分率。结果医学生人文素养自评和他评各维度得分率趋势存在一致性。语言沟通能力、同理心维度是得分率最低的2个维度。仅伦理法学维度他评和自评的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生语言沟通能力、同理心相对欠缺,应进行针对性培养,以提高其人文素养。
Objective To compare the differences of self-evaluation and examiner evaluation of medical student's humanistic quality. Methods A total of 118 medical students who took part in the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) were selected in the present study in June 2016. Medical student's humanistic quality assess- ment scale was used to evaluate these students' performance in the OSCE. The results of students' self-evaluation and examiners' evaluation were compared. Results There was a consistency between self-evaluation and examiner's evaluation regarding the score of humanistic quality. The two subscale scores of communication ability and empathy were the lowest. There were significant difference between the self-evaluation score and examiner's score in the sub-scale of ethic and law (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to implement targeted training on communication ability and empathy of medical students. Accordingly, we can improve their humanistic quality.
