摘要
桑皮纸古称"汉皮纸""棉纸",是维吾尔族重要的民间传统古法制造手工艺,工艺精湛,有着独特的历史文化与经济价值,对中国造纸术的起源和传播具有重要的意义。2017年5月"一带一路"国际合作高峰论坛在中国的召开,对积极探索和推动桑皮纸非物质文化遗产的保护、传承和开发,对桑皮纸全方位的科学研究、生产性发展、人才培养,桑皮纸技艺的活态传授、创新和探索,开辟出更为广阔的发展空间。
The Mulberry Paper, called Han-Paper in ancient time, is an important folk traditional handicraft in Uygur ethnics, which has a long history, excellent workmanship, unique historical, cultural and economic values. The International Cooperation Forum leading by ＂The Belt and Road＂, held in China, on May 15th., 2017, has opened up a broader development space for the mulberry paper to actively explore and promote the heritage, development and protection of the intangible cultural heritage, and to carry out the comprehensive scientific study, the productive development, the personnel training, and the artistry of teaching, innovative thinking and exploration of it.
