Spreading and Development of Dragon-fly Eye Beads in China

蜻蜓眼是研究丝绸之路发展和中西文化交流的重要实物资料。本文以中国域内出土的蜻蜓眼为主要研究对象,以目前已知的考古发掘资料为依据,对其传入的时间、路径及艺术风格演变进行了讨论。

As a medium of communication between China and Western countries, dragon-fly eye beads are very important material data for research of the development of the Silk Road. Based on the known archeological findings, this article studies the dragon-fly eye beads unearthed in China and it discusses the time and path of being spread and evolution of artistic style.
