Technology and Law: Dual System of Bloc Chain Financial Development

Through direct and indirect way to be applied in financial industry around the world, bloc chain technology created different forms of bloc chain finance. However, to some extent, the delay of relevant law affected the development of bloc chain finance. Some resolution schemes which combine bloc chain technology with law would objectively relieve the contradiction and would provide good basis for the sound development of bloc chain finance.
