摘要
在对板料拉伸成形过程进行数值模拟时 ,为获得可信的计算结果 ,需要准确地模拟出模具与板料之间的动态接触。在全面分析成形中板料与模具接触边界动态变化的基础上 ,结合ANSYS有限元分析软件给出了模型的几何描述、接触算法选择、接触摩擦模型的建立等具体方法。通过具体应用实例分析 ,证明了这些方法应用于板料拉伸成形分析的可行性。
In numerical simulation of the drawing process of plate material, in order to get reliable calculation results, the dynamic contact of the plate material with the die need to be simulated accurately. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the dynamic change of the contact edge of the plate material with the die and with the ANSYS finite element analysis software, some ways of treatment of the dynamic contact were given, such as geometric description of the model, selection of the contact algorithm and building of the contact friction model. Through the analysis of the application examples, the feasibility of these ways applying to plate drawing was proved.
