针刺中渚、后溪治疗脑卒中后上肢功能障碍临床观察

Post-stroke Upper Extremity Function Treated with Acupuncture at Zhongzhu and Houxi

目的观察针刺中渚、后溪对治疗脑卒中上肢运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者50例随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规药物治疗、物理治疗以及作业治疗等康复训练,实验组加针刺中渚、后溪。两组患者治疗前、治疗4周后进行上肢功能综合评定,包括修订的Brunnstrom分级上肢评定、简化Fugl-Meyer上肢功能评定(FMA)、功能独立性评定(FIM)。结果实验组Brunnstrom分级、FMA、FIM积分恢复优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺中渚、后溪能明显改善脑卒中上肢功能障碍。

Objective To observe the recovery of acupuncture at zhongzhu and houxi on upper extremity function in post-stroke.Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Routine medicine,physical therapy,occupational therapy and other rehabilitation trainings were applied in both groups.Zhongzhu and Houxi were punctured in experimental group.All patients were evaluated with revised out the classification of upper extremity assessment,simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb function assessment（FMA） and functional independence evaluation（FIM） pre-treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,patients in experimental group significantly improved their function in all measured item（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture at Zhongzhu and Houxi can obviously improve the upper extremity function after stroke.
