经导管射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速365例疗效分析 被引量:1

Clinical Analysis of 365 Patients with Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia Treated by Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation

摘要 目的分析探讨经导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的临床效果。方法 365例患者均行心内电生理检查确定PSVT的类型和靶点,并实施RFCA治疗。结果 RFCA治疗PSVT成功359例,总成功率为98.4%.其中旁道参与的心动过速148例,成功率95.9%;房室结折返性心动过速217例,成功率100%.射频消融术后总复发率3.3%,并发症发生率1.1%.结论 RFCA是治疗PSVT安全有效的手段,成功率高,并发症发生率低。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) in the treatment of paroxysmal supravetricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods Treatment results of 365 cases of PSVT treated with RFCA were retrospectively analyzed,all patients underwent cardiac electrophysiological examination to determine the type and target of PSVT,and the implementation of RFCA treatment.Results All patients were treated by radiofrequency current ablation with a total success rate of 98.4%.Among 148 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia caused by atrioventricular accessory pathways,atrioventricular accessory pathways had a success rate of 95.9%.There were 217 patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia,the slow pathways were successfully ablated with a success rate of 100%.The overall recurrence rate was 3.3% and the incidence of complications was 1.1%.Conclusion RFCA is a safe and effective method for PSVT with a high success rate,low incidence of conplication.
