摘要
应用大型三维Pro/E软件设计了电器产品复杂零件导电触片多工位级进模。该软件系统解决了模具排样的难点 ,制定了零件的加工工艺 ,设计的模具结构应用于工程实践 ,产生了较好的效益。
The multi-position progressive die for the complicated electric contacts for electrical appliances was designed with the application of large 3D Pro/E software. The system solved the difficulty of the die layout and worked out the processing technology for the parts. The die structure designed applied to engineering practices produced good benefits.
