浅析用炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Norethisterone Tablets for treatment of Peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的 :分析用炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(围绝经期功血)的临床效果。方法 :选取2015年5月至2016年5月期间于青岛市中医院就诊的60例围绝经期功血患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者随机分为炔诺酮组(30例)和甲羟孕酮组(30例)。对这两组患者均进行诊断性刮宫术。在此基础上,为炔诺酮组患者应用炔诺酮片进行治疗,为甲羟孕酮组患者应用醋酸甲羟孕酮片进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :炔诺酮组患者中临床疗效为痊愈者有14例,为显效者有11例,为有效者有3例,为无效者有2例。炔诺酮组患者治疗的总有效率为93.33%。甲羟孕酮组患者中临床疗效为痊愈者有5例,为显效者有9例,为有效者有10例,为无效者有6例。甲羟孕酮组患者治疗的总有效率为80.00%。两组患者治疗的总有效率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,炔诺酮组患者不良反应的发生率为10.00%,甲羟孕酮组患者不良反应的发生率为23.33%。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功血的临床效果显著,且安全性较高。

Objective： To analyze Clinical effect of Norethisterone Tablets for treatment of Peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods：Select 60 cases of Peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in Qingdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016.Divided the cases into Norethisterone group（30 cases） and MPA group（30 cases）. Treat 2 groups of patients with curettage of uterus,base on it,treat Norethisterone group with Norethisterone,treat MPA group with medroxyprogesterone acetate.Compare curative effect of 2 groups. Results： There were 14 patients who were cured in Norethisterone group, 11 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, and 2 cases were invalid. The total effective rate of the treatment of patients in the group of Norethisterone group was 93.33%. In addition, medroxyprogesterone group had 5 cases with clinical curative effect, 9 cases whith markedly effective, 10 cases whith effective, 6 cases with invalid. The total effective rate of the patients in the medroxyprogesterone group was 80%.The difference of total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reaction was 10% in the levonorgestrel group and 23.33% in the medroxyprogesterone group. The difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical effect of Norethisterone Tablets for treatment of Peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is obvious, and the safety of this therapy is high.
