胸腔镜手术和开胸手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的效果比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :比较用胸腔镜手术和开胸手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法 :选取2009年6月至2016年9月期间在合肥市第二人民医院接受治疗的416例早期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗情况进行回顾性研究。将这416例患者平均分为胸腔镜组和开胸组。使用胸腔镜手术对胸腔镜组患者进行治疗,使用开胸手术对开胸组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者术中的出血量、清扫淋巴结的数量、术后的引流量、VAS评分、引流管留置的时间、住院的时间和并发症的发生率。结果 :治疗结束后,胸腔镜组患者术中的出血量和术后的引流量均少于开胸组患者,其术后VAS评分和并发症的发生率均低于开胸组患者,其引流管留置的时间和住院的时间均短于开胸组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中清扫淋巴结的数量大体相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :与使用开胸手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌相比,用胸腔镜手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌患者在术中的出血量更少、在术后疼痛的症状更轻、恢复的时间更短、并发症的发生率更低,而且不会影响治疗的效果。
