慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者诱导痰细胞成分与肺功能的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨痰中性粒细胞细胞增高在慢性阻塞性肺疾病疾病评估中的意义及诱导痰中细胞组成的变化、诱导痰中细胞成分尤其中性粒细胞百分比与气流受限的关系。方法收集2016年3~10月内蒙古自治区人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科门诊及住院的120例COPD患者及30例健康对照组。详细记录患者一般资料、肺功能指标、诱导痰细胞学分析等相关检查结果,分析并比较。结果与结论 (1)AECOPD治疗后,肺功能明显改善。(2)各期COPD中性粒细胞比例明显高于其他细胞比例,随着病情的好转,肺功能改善,由加重期、缓解期、稳定期痰液中性粒细胞计数依次下降,但仍高于对照组,P﹤0.05。(3)AECOPD中性粒细胞与FEV1、FEV1%pre、FVC、FEV1/FVC皆呈显著负相关(P﹤0.001);COPD稳定期组中性粒细胞与FEV1、FEV1%pre、FVC、FEV1/FVC也呈负相关。
