通过对发动机机油盘拉伸工艺的分析 ,确定了此复杂阶梯盒形件的拉伸工艺。将拉伸模具用于单动液压机上 ,液压油缸恒力压边 ,凸、凹模采用便于调整和维修的积木结构 ,经实际生产验证达到了预期效果 ,取得了良好的经济效益。

Through the analysis of the drawing technology for the engine oil disc, the process for drawing this complex stepped boxed-shaped part was determined. The drawing die was used on the single-operation hydraulic machine and the blank was pressed with constant pressure of the cylinder. The punch and matrix adopted the building-block structure that is easy to adjust and maintain. The technological process got the predicted results verified by practical production and the economic benefits are good.
