摘要
目的:观察细胞因子IL-23/IL-17在脾虚湿热型和非脾虚湿热型患者中的表达,探讨其与脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的关系。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年3月南通市中医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者60例,用ELLSA法检测30例脾热湿热型、30例非脾虚湿热型患者、20例健康人IL-23及IL-17水平,对所有受试对象进行脾虚湿热证型评分,分析IL-23及IL-17与脾虚湿热证的相关性。结果:脾虚湿热型和非脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎组血清IL-23、IL-17水平明显升高,与健康者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),脾虚湿热型和非脾虚湿热型之间比较,差异无统计学意(P>0.05);轻、中、重度溃疡性结肠炎患者血清IL-17、1L-23组间水平较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-23、IL-17与溃疡性结肠炎患者脾虚湿热证程度呈正相关。
Objective:To observe the expression of cytokine IL-23/IL-17 in patients with and without syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency, and explore the relationship between patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and syndrome of dampness- heat due to spleen deficiency. Methods:In total, 60 cases of UC patients admitted in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. ELLSA method was used to test the IL-23 and IL- 17 levels of 30 patients with syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency, 30 patients without syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency, and 20 healthy people. The syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency of all research subjects was graded, and the correlation between IL-23 and IL-17 levels and syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency was ana- lyzed. Results :The IL 23/IL-17 levels in patients with and without syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency increased significantly, and there was significant difference when compared with healthy subjects ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference between patients with and without syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were statisti- cally significant differences in the serum IL-17/1L-23 levels among patients with mild, moderate and severe UC patients (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion :There was positive correlation between IL-23 /IL17 and the severity of syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency.
