加味黄连温胆汤对冠心病患者的疗效及对C-反应蛋白的影响

The Effect of Modified Huanglianwendan Decoction on Coronary Heart Disease and on C-reactive Protein

目的:研究并探讨加味黄连温胆汤治疗冠心病患者的临床疗效及其对C反应蛋白的影响。方法:于2013年1月至2015年12月,选取该阶段内我院收治的100例冠心病患者作为此次研究的对象,采取数字随机表法将患者随机分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用黄连温胆汤进行加味治疗。比较2组患者的临床总有效率、血脂指标、心功能指标、心绞痛发作情况、C反应蛋白。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为94%,较对照组的78%明显更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显更低(P<0.05),其高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的左心射血分数、NT-pro BNP、6 min步行距离均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),2组患者的心绞痛发作次数、每次心绞痛持续时间均明显减少(P<0.05),2组患者的C反应蛋白含量均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后2组患者之间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病的临床治疗中,采用黄连温胆汤进行加味治疗具有显著的临床疗效,还能有效降低患者的血脂水平和C反应蛋白含量,减少心绞痛的发作,改善患者的心功能。

Objective：To study and discuss the clinical effect of modified Huanglianwendan decoction on coronary heart disease and its effect on C reactive protein.Methods：From January 2013 to December 2015, 100 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.50 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with extra Huanglianwendan decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate, blood lipid index, cardiac function index, angina pectoris, C-reactive protein were compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 78%, （P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were significantly lower （P〈0.05）, and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher （P〈0.05）.After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, NT-proBNP and 6-minute walking distance of the two groups were significantly improved （P〈0.05）.The duration frequency of angina pectoris was significantly decreased in the two groups （P〈0.05）.The levels of C-reactive protein in the two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05））.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease, the therapy of modified Huanglianwendan decoction has significant clinical curative effect, which can reduce the blood lipid level and C-reactive protein content, reduce the onset of angina pectoris and improve the cardiac function of patients.
