针灸联合康复治疗对不同程度脊髓损伤患者神经功能的影响

Neural Function Effect of Acupuncture Moxibustion Combined Rehabilitation Treatment in Patients with Different Degree Spinal Cord Injury

目的:探讨针灸联合康复治疗对不同程度脊髓损伤患者神经功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年9月至2015年12月期间我院确诊治疗的不同程度脊髓损伤患者100例,依据治疗方法分为针灸组和常规组,每组50例,常规组患者给予常规康复治疗,针灸组患者在此基础上给予针灸治疗,采用改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index,MRI)评估生活能力,采用功能独立性评定量表(Functional Independence Rating Scale,FIM)评估神经综合功能,随访3个月,统计分析所有患者治疗疗效、治疗前、治疗后1、2、3个月的生活能力和神经综合功能情况。结果:针灸组患者治疗有效率明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组患者治疗后1、2、3个月的MRI得分明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组患者治疗后1、2、3个月的FIM得分明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合康复治疗可有效提高不同程度脊髓损伤患者的治疗疗效,有利于改善患者生活能力和神经综合功能,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective：To discuss the neural function effect of acupuncture moxibustion combined rehabilitation treatment in patients with different degree spinal cord injury.Methods：A total of 100 patients with different degree spinal cord injury were retrospectively analyzed from September 2012 to December 2015 in our Hospitals.According to the treatment,all patients were divided into acupuncture group and routine group,50 cases in each group,routine group patients given routine rehabilitation therapy,on the base,acupuncture group patients given acupuncture moxibustion treatment,modified Barthel index（MRI）was used to assess life ability,functional independence rating scale（FIM）was used to assess neural function,followed up for 3 months,analyzed all patients＆#39; treatment,before and after treatment 1,2,3 months of life ability and nerve function.Results：Acupuncture group patients with effective rate was obviously higher than that of routine group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）;Acupuncture group patients with 1,2,3 months after treatment MRI scores were significantly higher than the routine group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）;Acupuncture group patients with 1,2,3 months after treatment FIM scores were significantly higher than that of routine group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture moxibustion combined rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the treatment of patients with different degree of spinal cord injury curative effect,it is helpful to improve patients＆#39; ability of life and neurologic function,it＆#39;s worth for further clinical promotion.
