致康胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-6及CRP的影响

Zhikang Capsule's Intervention on Serum TNF-α,IL-6,CRP of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨致康胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:选取2012年8月至2014年8月成都医学院第一附属医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者98例,分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者给予溃疡性结肠炎常规治疗。观察组联合致康胶囊治疗。结果:观察组总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(83.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清TNF-α(23.5±2.7)ng/L、IL-6(31.6±1.3)ng/L、CRP(3.2±0.9)mg/L都低于对照组患者血清TNF-α(47.2±5.8)ng/L、IL-6(47.3±4.5)ng/L、CRP(5.1±1.2)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者FIB(3.0±0.8)g/L、PLT(209.7±45.3)10~9/L、MPV(9.0±1.4)f L都低于对照组患者FIB(4.1±0.3)g/L、PLT(236.1±39.5)10~9/L、MPV(12.1±1.2)f L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者PAGMax指标高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白蛋白(31.4±2.1)g/L高于对照组(28.1±2.0)g/L,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组生命质量评分(82.3±9.2)高于对照组(76.4±7.8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:致康胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效显著,能够降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平,减轻炎性反应程度,改善患者血凝状态。

Objective： To investigate the effect caused by Zhikang Capsule on ulcerative colitis patients＇ serum TNF-α, IL-6, CRP. nethods：A total of 98 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group （49 cases） and control group （49 cases）. Conclusion ：Zhikang Capsule has good effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis patients, which can reduce the serum lev- els of TNF-α, IL-6, CRP, relieve inflammatory reaction and the state of blood clotting, and improve the quality of life.
