分析了接水盘的成型工艺 ,介绍了接水盘模具的设计 ,重点介绍了定模顶出机构的设计、加工、装配及工作过程。
The design of the mould with an ejector in the fixed half was introduced. The mould was designed to take advantage of the closing force to force the HALF moving block into the forming part of the fixed half and being locked. When removing the closing force and opening the mould, the rebound force of the spring compel the HALF moving block to come out of the forming part of the fixed half and stretch, so that the plastic part can be ensured to stay at the moving half, and then turn back and be ejected.
