改良双环法在乳房下垂整形中的应用

Application of the modified circumareolar mastopexy technique in mastoptosis surgery

目的观察改良双环法在乳房下垂整形中的临床应用效果。方法对自2006-2014年收治的42例轻、中度乳房下垂患者,应用改良双环法进行乳房下垂整形手术,术后定期随访观察。结果 42例患者乳房外形均得到改善,随访6~12个月,2例乳晕切口感染,经换药后痊愈;无其他并发症,患者均对术后效果满意。结论采用改良的双环法治疗轻、中度乳房下垂患者,手术简洁,瘢痕隐蔽,可以获得良好的长期效果,尤其适合不愿接受乳腺手术后瘢痕的年轻患者。

Objective To explore the efficacy of the mocllfied eireumareolar mastapexy technique in mastoptasls surgery. Methods From 2006 to 2014, a total of 42 patients with mild or moderate mastoptosis underwent modified eireumareolar mastopexy in our hospital. All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. Results The breast shape in all patients was improved. Two cases of mammary are- ola incision infection were cured after dressing change. No other severe complications occurred. The results were satisfactory. Conclusion The modified circumareolar mastopexy technique was simple, and the scar was hidden. This method was especially suitable for patients who were unwilling to accept scarring after mastoptosis surgery.
