摘要
目的观察D980激光作用下,在大鼠皮肤安全温度范围内,不同皮温对Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原蛋白和脂肪细胞表达的影响。方法随机选取30只SD大鼠,分为5个实验组,在同一输出参数的激光作用下,通过改变作用时间来调控大鼠的皮温(分别为:27~30%、30~33℃、33~36℃、36~39℃、39~42℃)。4周后,切取实验区域及对侧皮肤进行组织学观察及ELISA检测。结果实验侧大鼠皮肤收缩及弹性改善均较对照侧明显,2种胶原蛋白含量均显著增加(P<0.01);皮温在30~33℃区间,大鼠皮肤改善最明显,2种胶原蛋白含量增加较为显著(P<0.01)。结论激光作用导致的皮温变化,决定着溶脂紧肤的效果,且在其他参数相同及皮温控制在30~33℃区间时,紧肤效果最佳。
Objective To explore the effect of different skin temperatures(in the safe temperature range of the rat) to the expression of collagen type Ⅰ,collagen type Ⅲ and adipocyte in the D980 laser.Methods A total of 30 SD rats were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups:skin temperature 27 to 3.0℃,30 to 33℃,33 to 36℃,36 to 39℃ and 39 to 42℃.With in the same laser parameters,the skin temperature of the rats was varied through changing the duration of the laser's action.Four weeks after the experiment concluded,the skin of the experimental region and the contralateral region was cut and underwent ELISA detection and histological observation.Results The contraction and elasticity of rat skin in the experimental region achieved significant improve mentover that in the contralateral region.Both type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen increased significantly(P〈0.01).Conclusion The effectiveness of firming by dissolving fat was affected by laser-induced skin temperature changes.Under the same laser parameters,the best firming effect was obtained when the skin temperature was in the range 30 to 33℃.
