摘要
探讨了 EDT毛化装置利用正反电极之间的脉冲电流在可控状态下 ,在特定的工作介质中所产生的电火花 ,瞬间微量熔化轧辊表面 ,产生不规则 ,相互叠加的放电痕的整个控制过程及其原理 ,并对其应用做了简要叙述。
The EDT(Electro-Discharge Texturing) equipment that apply the whole of control process and principle of the controllable pulse current between positive and negative electrode produce the spark in the special medium to melt the surface of roll at micro-state for an instant and to produce the discharge mark in abnormity and superposed and specify concisely its application has been discussed.
