胺碘酮生物利用度比较及其临床意义

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE BIOAVAILABILITY OF DIFFERENT BATCHES OF AMIODARONE AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

本文对四种国产胺碘酮(乙胺碘呋酮)片或胶囊与法国Cordarone片剂的相对生物利用度进行了比较。结果显示国产制剂分别为Cordarone的55.6%,77.0%,85.4%及91.7%,无一种能达Cordarne水平,并对此结果的临床意义进行了讨论。

The purpose of this study was to compare the bioavailability of fo(?)r kinds of amiodarone ehtained from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Changzhou pharmaceuticals with that of Cordatone obtained from LABAZ Laboratory, France. Four healthy adults received Cordarone 0.2 g×5 tablets, one week later each received one kind. of Chinese amiodarone 0.2 g×5 tablets or capsules. The bioavailahility of Cordarone was taken as 100% and the relative bioavailability of the four kinds of Chinese amiodarone were 77.0%, 83.4%, 91.7%, and 55.6% respectively. The results suggest that much improvement has to be made in the quality of Chinese amiodarone.
