香菇多糖联合化疗药物治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果

Clinical effect of letinous edodes polysaccharide combined with chemotherapeutics in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的评价香菇多糖联合化疗药物治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的临床效果。方法 62例恶性胸腔积液患者,均使用中心静脉导管引流,使胸水流尽后,按随机原则分为对照组(30例)与治疗组(32例)。对照组在胸腔内注入顺铂,治疗组在此基础上加用香菇多糖胸腔内注入。比较两组的治疗效果。结果经治疗,治疗组临床症状有效率为68.75%,优于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组生活质量有效率为87.50%,优于对照组的56.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组发热、胸痛、恶心呕吐发生率分别为9.38%、6.25%、0,均低于对照组的30.00%、26.67%、20.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖联合化疗药物胸腔注入治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效显著,提高患者的生活质量,减轻化疗的毒副反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of letinous edodes polysaccharide combined with chemotherapeutics in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion（MPE）. Methods A total of 62 malignant pleural effusion patients all received central venous tube drainage, and they were randomly divided into control group（30 cases） and treatment group（32 cases） after having been drained away the pleural effusion. The control group received injection of cis-platinum to thoracic cavity, and the treatment group also received injection of letinous edodes polysaccharide to thoracic cavity. Therapeutic effect was compared in two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment group had better clinical symptom effective rate as 68.75% than 40.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had better quality of life effective rate as 87.50% than 56.67% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The treatment group had lower incidence of fever, chest pain and nausea and vomiting respectively as 9.38%, 6.25% and 0 than 30.00%, 26.67% and 20.00% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of letinous edodes polysaccharide and chemotherapeutics injection of thoracic cavity shows significant curative effect in treating malignant pleural effusion; Clinical effect, and it can improve quality of life in patients and reduce adverse reactions of chemotherapy.
