护理干预在负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面中的效果分析

Analysis of effect by nursing intervention in vacuum sealing drainage technique in the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infected wound

目的分析针对负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面患者采取护理干预措施的效果。方法 84例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面患者,根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组采用骨科创面常规护理,观察组采用骨科创面护理干预措施,对比两组患者临床护理效果、疼痛程度。结果观察组总有效为97.62%,显著优于对照组的80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前疼痛程度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组疼痛程度评分显著低于对照组,且观察组疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面采取有效的护理干预措施,可帮助减轻患者疼痛,利于创面愈合,提高治疗护理效果,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze effect by nursing intervention applied in vacuum sealing drainage technique in the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infected wound. Methods A total of 84 patients with orthopedic trauma and infected wound treated by vacuum sealing drainage technique were divided by different nursing measures into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing for orthopedic trauma, and the observation group received nursing intervention measures for orthopedic trauma. Comparison was made on clinical nursing effects and pain degree between the two groups. Results The observation group obviously better total effective rate as 97.62% than 80.95% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of pain degree score between the two groups before nursing（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the observation group had obviously lower pain degree score than the control group, and the observation group had obviously slighter pain degree than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of effectively nursing intervention measures in vacuum sealing drainage technique for treating orthopedic trauma and infected wound is helpful to relieve pain in patients, accelerate wound healing and improve treatment and nursing effect. This method is worth wide application.
