摘要
为了进一步提高济钢第一炼钢厂在线钢包烘烤温度 ,达到进一步降低炼钢系统成本和环保目的 ,济钢第一炼钢厂开发了蓄热烧嘴式钢包烘烤系统 ,并获得了极大的成功。项目实施后 ,烘包系统降低煤气消耗 4 0 %以上 ,大大减少了环境污染。
To further enhance temperature of online ladle in No.1 steelmaking plant,Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co.,lower the production cost and improve the working condition,a novel and high-efficient ladle preheating system with two honeycomb ceramic regenerative burners has been developed successfully,the operation results show that the gas consumption reduced by about 40% has been obtained,as well as the working environment has been greatly improved.
