摘要
介绍了使用自制功能性保护剂合成羟丙乳液(Inno Tech 398)。测试了该乳液制备清漆和色漆与固化剂Bayhydur305复配的开放时间、干燥速度、硬度、打磨性能以及对化学品的耐性。探讨了羟丙乳液用于"溶剂型底水面"和"水底水面"体系中面漆的应用。
The dissertation introduced the hydroxyl acrylic emulsion (InnoTech 398) synthesized by using self-made functional protective agent, tested the opening time, drying rate, hardness, sandability and resistance to chemicals of such emulsion preparing varnish and colored paint as well as curing agent Bayhydur 305 compound and discussed the application of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion used for topcoat in "oil bottom water surface" and "water bottom water surface" system.
