摘要
传统底漆乳液主要注重对基材的渗透和封闭性能进行开发,而对于面漆,尤其是对弹性面漆的附着力较差。通过调整乳液聚合体系,研究玻璃化转变温度、单体组成、粒径对弹性面漆在底漆上建立强度以及速率的影响,制备与弹性面漆匹配的高附着性能苯丙底漆乳液。
The development of traditional emulsion mainly focuses on the permeability and sealing performance of primer substrate in the substrate, while the research of topcoat especially lies in elastic topcoat with pool adhesion. This dissertation made study of the effects of glass transition temperature, monomer composition and particle size on the strength and formation speed established on the primer by elastic topcoat, so as to prepare a high-adhesion pertbrmance styrene acrylate primer emulsion for elastic topcoat.
