新型水性耐候及耐热复合稳定剂影响度的研究

摘要 开发兼具耐候及耐热性能的水性产品,并且透过不同添加剂量及膜厚进行研究,进行实验设计(DOE)手法,将上述配方以不同浓度添加,混合水性树脂后涂装于铁片上,成膜干燥后进行不同时间耐候测试。实验结果显示,水性耐候及耐热稳定剂(NLS)影响度分析值为66.39%,对于耐候有一定显著影响。此水性新型产品可以提升耐候性能,除此之外,随着添加浓度的增加,改善效果更显著。 A waterborne product with weathering and heat resistances was developed and then studies under different dosages and film thicknesses. The design of experinaent (DOE) was carried out, so that the above formulation was added with different concentrations, mixed with waterborne resin and then applied on an iron sheet. Alter fihn forming and drying, weathering resistance test was can'ied oil at different times. The results indicated: the stabilizer with weather and heat resistance (NLS) had the analyzed effect value of 66.39% and had certain outstanding effect on weather resistance. This waterborne product could enhance weather resistance, of which the iinprovenaent effect was outstanding as fianction of increase of addition concentration.
