中医综合疗法治疗老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折

Elderly patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal compression fracture by integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨中医综合疗法治疗老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法将80例老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组采用中医综合疗法,对照组采用西乐葆等消炎止痛药处理并于后期行腰背肌功能锻炼。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后影像学参数变化情况,治疗前后VAS评分、椎体压缩率及复位率及治疗后生活质量评分。结果对照组临床总有效率为78.57%,显著小于观察组(92.11%);2组治疗后Cobb’s角、伤椎前缘高度均显著小于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分、椎体复位率、压缩率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后生活质量评价量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法治疗老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者椎体恢复情况理想,治疗后患者生活质量显著改善。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of elderly patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal compression fracture by Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group uses the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, the control group was treated with Xi Lebao and other antiinflammatory painkillers ran back, and forth muscles in the later stage. Compare clinical curative effect, the imaging parameters before and after the treatment, VAS scores before and after the treatment, the changes of vertebral body compression ratio and reduction ratio, the quality of life scores after treatment of the two groups. Results The control group clinical total effective rate was 78.57%, significantly less than the observation group（92.11%）; The Cobb＇s Angle, height of injured vertebral front of two groups after treatment were significantly less than before（P〈0.05）; the VAS score, vertebral reset rate, compression rate after treatment of observation group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）; The patients life quality evaluation scale of each dimension score after treatment of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on eliderly patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal compression fracture get distinct clinical curative effect, The recovery of vertebral body is ideal, and the quality of patients is significantly improved after treatment.
