益气活血疗法治疗脓毒症

Yiqi Huoxue therapy in the treatment of sepsis

目的探讨对脓毒症患者实施益气活血治疗的临床效果及相关指标的改善情况。方法随机选择60例脓毒症患者随机平分为2组。对照组30例给予常规西医治疗,观察组30例在常规治疗基础上加用中医益气活血药,观察2组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组炎症反应指标、心肌抑制指标均有明显下降,与治疗前、对照组相比均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血疗法治疗脓毒症可促进患者心肌抑制状态得到改善,使机体炎症反应得到有效抑制。

Objective To explore the implementation of Yiqi Huoxue therapy in patients with sepsis clinical effect and related indicators to improve the situation. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group was 30 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation was treated witu Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treatment. Observe curative effect of two groups. Results Observe the treatment group total effective rate was 83.33%, which significantly higher than that of control group 66.67%（P〈0.05）; Observation group inflammation index, myocardial suppression index were significantly decreased, compared with before treatment, the control group there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Yiqi Huoxue in patients with sepsis can improve the myocardial inhibition state of the patientsand effectively inhibit the body＇s inflammatory response.
