三棱、莪术抗肿瘤生物活性研究 被引量:68

Research about antitumor bio-activities of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae

摘要 通过归纳、分析以往三棱、莪术抗肿瘤相关国内外文献,总结了二者在抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和抗肿瘤侵袭转移方面的作用机制,并探讨了二者协同抗肿瘤效应。三棱、莪术均可通过调控相关凋亡信号转导通路和相关基因、蛋白的表达来促进肿瘤细胞发生凋亡,并通过干扰细胞周期等机制遏制肿瘤细胞的发生和发展。在发挥抗肿瘤侵袭和转移生物学效应方面,三棱、莪术可通过调节机体免疫,改善炎性微环境,抗肿瘤新生血管的生成,抑制细胞外基质降解和改善血液循环等干预机制,作用于肿瘤微环境以抑制肿瘤进展。 Through generalizing and analyzing journals in home and abroad related to the antitumor bio-activities effects of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae, the mechanism of suppressing proliferation of tumor cell and anti-tumor invasion and metastasis were summarized, exploring the cooperative action. Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae can promote the apoptosis of tumor cells by regulating signaling pathway and the expression of related genes and proteins, and curb the occurrence and development of tumor cells through interfering cell cycle and other mechanisms. In the aspects of anti-tumor invasion and metastasis effects, Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae play an important role, which can affect the immune, the inflammatory microenvironment and angiogenesis, and inhibit the extracellular matrix degradation and improve blood circulation. There is few report on the combination of the two drugs.
