Essential Elements of Teachers for Creativity of Political Education

当前,学生对思想政治课的学习缺乏兴趣,想改变现状,思想政治课必须创新,而创新的关键是教师。教师必须具备:良好的理论素养—创新的前提;高尚的职业道德—创新的保证;过硬的教学能力—创新的硬件;先进的科学知识—创新的基础;科学的教学方法以及不畏艰难的勇气—创新的能力。

At present, most of students are not interested in politics theory's learning. In order to cultivate their interest, the way to teach politics theory must be created, while the key to it is'teacher'. Teacher should have fine theoretical quality which can be taken as precondition of the creativity; noble teaching moral which can be considered as the guarantee of the creativity; excellent teaching ability which is the core of the creativity; advanced scientific knowledge which is the basis of the creativity; scientific teaching method which is the key of the creativity; and the overwhelming courage which is the essential part for the creativity.
