摘要
随着高等教育规模的日益扩大,大学生的思想政治教育也面临着许多新问题。针对当代大学生的思想特点,我们应当坚持民办高校先进的办学理念,努力探索新的思想政治教育模式:树立学生无废品的思想,注重“成人”教育,培养学生的成人意识;围绕“成才”教育,培养学生优秀的精神品质;开展“成功”教育,促进全体学生的全面发展。
With the rapid expansion of higher education, college students are confronted with many new ideological problems. In accordance with the ideological characteristics of modern college students, we should hold to advanced educational concept, endeavor to explore the new mode of ideological and political education and establish students'consciousness that they are of value. We should spotlight personality education and cultivate students' consciouness of being adults. We should concentrate on intellect education and cultivate students'excellence in spiritual quality. We should develop success education and promote students' all-round development.
