The article points out,and explains the important ways of vocabulary learning in the stu-dent's English language course, and analyzes the approaches of College English teaching, their disad-vantages, and the main problem in student language study. At the conclusion of the article, the authors offer solutions to the current low efficiency retention and time consuming way of vocabulary teaching.
