摘要
本文从饮食文化特点、茶道文化、饮食习惯三个方面阐述了中日饮食文化的差异性,进而揭示日本文化的精髓——传统与现代充分结合,崇尚自然并且兼并东西。
Based on the analysis of features of diet culture, tea culture and diet custom, this the-sis aims at pointing out the differences of Sino Japan diet culture, which demonstrates the essence of Japanese culture ——a combination of tradition and modernity, an advocation of naturalness na-ture, and a mixture of the East and the West.
