当今社会发展迅速,各行各业对所需人才的考究也日趋严格。生活在象牙塔的大学生们在职业目标确定上出现了这样或那样的问题。作为大学老师,特别是辅导员老师要认真研究大学生的求职心理,及时向大学生报告职业目标确立的必要性和社会就业现状,启发大学生树立正确的职业目标和择业意识,自觉的提高自身的综合素质,提高在社会中的竞争力,以适应社会的需要。

Nowadays,with the society developing quickly,the requirements for talents have become much stricter correspondingly.For college students living in the ivory tower,there will emerge different prob-lems when they set their goal for an occupation.As a college teacher,especially the head teacher,she should be attentive to the students’goal.Inform them the necessity of establishing their career aims as well as the trend in the present job-finding situation.Enlighten the college students to establish the right career aims,pro-mote their integrated quality comprehensively,enhancing their competitive capacity in society,and to adapt to the requirements of society.
