An Analysis of Teaching Reflection

摘要 本文从什么是教学反思,教学反思的重要性,如何进行教学反思和反思后的自我重构论述教学反思,促进教师不断学会教学,教会学生学会学习。这种反思方法在教学中占有越来越重要的位置。在教学中合理的利用“反思”已经成为所有教师值得深思的问题。 This thesis is mainly talking about what the Teaching Reflection is,the significance of the Reflection,and how to conduct Teaching Reflection and how to re-build the thoughts after the Reflection.Teaching Reflection is to improve the teachers’ability in teaching and improve the students’skills in learning as well.Teaching Reflection plays a very important role in the teaching circle.And the application of teaching Reflection deserves full attention from teachers.
