教育智慧是教师良好的教学行为体现的一种品质,是教师具有的教育理念、教育意识、教学能力、教学艺术等方面的整合统一,是教师专业化的一种新境界,具有独特性、情感性、科学性、缄默性和艺术性的特征。教师教育智慧的生成需要自由民主和利于终身学习的校园文化,需要教师具有科研和反思的能力。

The educational wisdom is one quality of a teacher's good teaching behavior. It is the integration of a teacher's educational idea, educational consciousness, teaching ability and teaching art. It is the new bourn of the teacher’s specialization. It is unique, emotional, scientific, silent and artistic. To develop the wisdom in education, freedom, democracy and a good campus culture which is useful for lifelong study are needed. It also needs the ability of scientific research and reflection from the teachers.
