试论高校辅导员对班级干部的选拔、培养与使用

On the Selection,Training and Using of Student Cadres for College Student Instructors

班级干部是一个班级的管理者、服务者,是各项工作的承担者和监督者,是班级的核心和灵魂,班级干部队伍优秀与否是一个班级能否形成良好的班风的关键,关系到一个班级能否成为一个富有凝聚力的、团结向上的集体。对于高校辅导员来说,能否选出出色的班级干部并对其进行及时的培养和正确的使用就显得尤为重要,它是各项工作能够顺利开展的基础和有力保障。因此研究班级干部的选拔、培养与使用不仅具有必要性,而且对于提高高校辅导员业务水平和促进辅导员工作的发展具有一定的现实意义。本文欲从三个方面,结合相关案例浅谈高校辅导员对班级干部的选拔、培养和使用,并试图在此基础上提出若干原则和方法并积极探索相关制度。

Student cadres belonging to a particular class are both managers and servants who undertake and supervise all activities of the class.They are the core and soul of the class.Whether the cadres are qualified or not matters a lot to the formation of a good atmosphere of the class.It will also decide whether the class can be a unity of good team spirit and harmony.It is important for college instructors to elect the qualified cadres,train them timely and use them correctly.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great attention to the selection,training and the using of student cadres.It is also meaningful for college instructors to raise their professional level and to promote the all-roun-d development of the instructional work.Combined with related cases,this article will discuss the selection,training and using of student cadres attempting to put forward a number of principles and methods and to explore the related systems.
